Tasks
As a working student (m/f/d) in Marketing & Sales Enablement, you will support our team in driving sales success through targeted marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams, taking on supportive tasks to efficiently provide knowledge and content.

  • Supporting the creation of marketing content: Assist in the development and preparation of customer success stories, product demos, competitor analyses, product one-pagers, and other sales-related materials.
  • Facilitating team communication: Support the marketing team in coordinating with sales and product management to ensure efficient information sharing.
  • Knowledge management support: Help maintain and update internal marketing and sales materials to optimally support the sales team.
  • Research and preparation: Conduct targeted research on relevant topics and present the findings in a suitable format for the sales team.

Requirements
  • You are currently enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences in a relevant field of study (e.g., business administration, marketing, communication, or a related area).
  • You have excellent English skills (spoken and written), work independently, and have a strong sense of content creation.
  • Ideally, you have some experience in marketing, sales enablement, sales, or product management.
  • You have an interest in sales processes and enjoy supporting our sales team with targeted content and materials.
  • You are interested in knowledge management and want to contribute to developing and implementing structured and efficient processes.
  • You are available for 15-20 hours per week and ideally live in Hamburg or the surrounding area.

Aufgaben
Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Marketing - Sales Enablement unterstützt du unser Team dabei, den Vertriebserfolg durch gezielte Marketingmaßnahmen zu fördern. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing- und Vertriebsteam zusammen und übernimmst unterstützende Aufgaben, um Wissen und Inhalte effizient bereitzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Marketing-Inhalte erstellen: Unterstütze bei der Erstellung von Customer Success Stories, Produktdemos, Konkurrenzanalysen, Produkt-One-Pagern und vielem mehr.
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Teams: Hilf uns, die Kommunikation zwischen Marketing, Vertrieb und Produktmanagement reibungslos zu gestalten.
  • Wissensmanagement: Pflege und aktualisiere interne Materialien, um das Sales-Team mit dem besten Content zu unterstützen.
  • Recherche & Vorbereitung: Recherchiere relevante Themen und bereite diese zielgruppenorientiert für unser Sales-Team auf.
Anforderungen
  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in in einem relevanten Studiengang an einer deutschen Universität oder Fachhochschule (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich).
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, arbeitest eigenständig und hast ein gutes Gespür für Inhalte.
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Marketing, Sales Enablement, Vertrieb oder Produktmanagement.
  • Du interessierst dich für Vertriebsprozesse und hast Freude daran, unser Sales Team durch zielgerichteten Content & Materialien zu unterstützen.
  • Du hast Interesse am Wissensmanagement und möchtest dazu beitragen, strukturierte und effiziente Prozesse zu entwickeln und aufzusetzen.
  • Du bist für 15-20 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar und wohnst idealerweise in Hamburg oder Umgebung.
