Aufgaben
Als Werkstudent:in im Analytics-Team arbeitest du nicht nur mit Daten, sondern auch an strategischen Fragestellungen unserer Kund:innen. Du unterstützt bei individuellen Analyseprojekten für B2B-Kunden im eCommerce und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team fundierte, datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen. Dafür braucht es mehr als Excel-Skills: analytisches Denken, Beratungskompetenz und ein gutes Gespür für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
  • Kundenspezifische Analyse-Projekte: Unterstützung bei individuellen Projekten für unsere B2B-Kund:innen im eCommerce-Bereich
  • Recherche und Auswertung: Sammlung und Analyse relevanter Primär- und Sekundärdaten
  • Schätzverfahren und Prognosen: Mitarbeit bei fundierten Kalkulationen auf Basis von Indikatoren und Referenzdaten
  • Ergebnispräsentation: Strukturierte und anschauliche Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse in Excel und PowerPoint
Anforderungen
  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in in einem wirtschafts- oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Studiengang oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen in Consulting, Business Research oder strategischer Analyse gesammelt.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und mit einem guten Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse.
  • Du gehst sicher mit Excel um, um Analysen und Berechnungen durchzuführen, und nutzt PowerPoint, um Ergebnisse ansprechend und verständlich für Kund:innen zu visualisieren.
  • Du bringst ein grundlegendes Verständnis für eCommerce und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge mit.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Du hast 15–20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit und kannst 1–2 Tage pro Woche im Büro sein – Remote ist möglich.

Tasks
You don’t just want to work with data – you want to translate insights into action? As a working student in our Analytics team, you’ll be part of customer-specific analysis projects and support us in developing strategic, data-driven solutions for our B2B clients. You’ll work closely with various departments and contribute to the delivery of high-quality insights.
  • Client-focused analysis projects: Support tailored projects for our B2B clients in the eCommerce space
  • Research & data evaluation: Gather and analyze relevant primary and secondary data
  • Estimations & forecasts: Assist in building well-founded assumptions and models based on indicators and reference values
  • Presentation of results: Help structure and visualize findings clearly in Excel and PowerPoint
Requirements
  • You are enrolled in a business, social sciences, or related degree program at a German university or university of applied sciences.
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in consulting, business research, or strategic analysis.
  • You work in a structured, analytical way and have a strong understanding of client needs.
  • You are proficient in Excel for performing calculations and use PowerPoint to clearly and visually communicate results to clients.
  • You have a basic understanding of eCommerce and general economic contexts.
  • You speak fluent German and have very good English skills.
  • You are available for 15–20 hours per week and can come to the office 1–2 days per week – remote work is possible.
